2. Do you guarantee your products and services?

100% Price Guarantee - We guarantee that the price you pay for any window covering product provided through Exciting Windows! services will be at or below any competitor's price for the equivalent product and service. If you have a written order for the same products and services at lower prices, we will refund 100% of the price difference.

Quality and Workmanship Guarantee - We guarantee every window covering product will be custom tailored or fabricated to meet the highest industry standards. If you find any discrepancy, tell us within 30 days and we will repair or remake to your satisfaction.

10-Year Performance Guarantee - We guarantee that your custom products will be fabricated with the finest fabrics and components. If your recommended custom window product should fade, deteriorate or fail to perform as intended within 10 years of installation date, we will replace it with an equal or more costly product prorated only for time in use.
